Refund window
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you did not intend to renew and have not made substantial use of the new period.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address on your account. We process refunds manually and will respond within 48 hours.
Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period unless it falls within the refund window above.
